Curtis Waldo
Curtis is a creative and rigorous attorney who is committed to fighting for his clients. He has represented both plaintiffs and defendants at some of the largest law firms in the world.
Curtis graduated from Columbia Law School where he was an editor of the Columbia Law Review, after which he clerked for a federal judge. In his career, Curtis has represented plaintiffs and defendants in the highest stakes litigation of the last two decades: for example, representing plaintiffs suing big banks after the financial crisis; representing opioid distributors against claims that an oversupply of opioids caused government agencies to incur public services costs; and representing the State of Texas against Google in relation to Google's information disclosure practices.
Curtis is licensed to practice in Texas and New York.
Ben Gubernick
Ben is a career trial attorney and relentless advocate for plaintiffs. He has earned a reputation for taking on, and winning, complex cases where an individual or set of individuals has been wronged.
Ben graduated from University of Michigan Law School. Rather than follow the typical path of a top law school graduate to a big firm in New York or Chicago, Ben worked as a prosecutor in New Mexico, trying numerous cases to verdict. Prior to joining WGLA, Ben worked at a prominent class action firm, where he focused on representing consumers in class action cases.
Ben is licensed to practice in Arizona, California, New Mexico, and Texas.
